Shlomi Zedkia
Founding Partner, CPA
Shlomi Zedkia has extensive experience in financial consulting, audit and accounting services, mainly in the fields of high-tech, real estate and investments, public and private Israeli and international companies. Shlomi heads the firm’s technology group. He accompanies start-ups from inception to growth, and multi-national public companies that have offices in Israel. In addition, he acts as CFO to well-known successful Israeli companies including those with international activities. Shlomi holds a BA in Business Management and Accounting.
Ramy Shvarts
Founding Partner, CPA
Ramy Shvarts specializes in providing accounting, tax and financial consulting services to SME’s and the self-employed in industry and commerce, fashion, low tech, NPO’s, banking and more. Ramy accompanies SME’s through their life cycle advising them every step of the way, from opening the company, to financial planning, cash flow management, tax consulting and business strategy. Ramy holds a BA in Business Management and Accounting.
Galit Horovitz
Business Development Partner, MBA
Galit has extensive experience in business development and M&A in international hi-tech companies and international accounting and financial consulting firms. Her experience includes fundraising in Israel and abroad, marketing, sales, and business development. Galit has a vast amount of international experience. She has worked with companies in the US, Europe, China and India. She accompanies start-ups through their growing stages including: strategic management, business development in Israel and abroad and fundraising.
Galit holds an MBA in Finance and is originally from New York.
Adi Assa
Adv. Partner, ADV.
Adi manages the payroll and labor law department of SZ. She has extensive experience in the professional accompaniment of employees, including hi-tech companies, start-up companies and human resource departments in large organizations, implementing her comprehensive expertise and broad experience in the field of labor laws. Adi is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
Director of Business Development
Danya identifies and creates new business opportunities to drive growth for SZ and its clients. She collaborates with founders, innovators, and operators to enhance their financial processes, improve performance, and connect to an international network of meaningful relationships. With a Bachelor’s degree from New York University, she combines the best of her Manhattan experience at multi-national corporations to the Israeli tech and startup ecosystem.
